Luca Viscardi of Mister Gadget has released photos of an early pre-production unit of the Moto 360 watch. He doesn't do into much detail about the unreleased watch by Motorola, but does give us some noteworthy bits though.
Comparing the Samsung Gear and LG G watch with the Moto 360. Translation from Google, he goes on to say "The display has a readability in sunlight extreme but, above all, equalization has superior color products from Samsung and LG. The difference becomes particularly evident by comparing the products of the different shades of white."

The way the watch appears to charge is by resting on its side in the wireless Qi cradle. Whether the watch's side button has to be in the cradle isn't said. The face of the watch can be seen as it charges showing the current percent. It'll be interesting to see if it can also display the time as it charges, to make it look like a desk clock.
The back of the watch says,
- Motorola's logo
- Water Resistant IP67
- Moto 360
- Stainless Steel 316L
- Optical ----- Rate Sensor (tough to see because of the glare)
- Wireless Charging
- Pedometer
The Moto 360 will come in two colors, black and silver, and uses a standard removable wrist strap. Viscardi goes on to state that the battery life in his opinion is much better. The LG G he uses "in an intense way", barely get him through the day. The Moto 360 get him about 2 and a half days.
He also says that the watch works just as Android Wear should, but with a problem. Do to the round shape of the display, apps have to be altered for the particular shape of the watch face. Sighting Wear mini launcher as an example of an app that doesn't work because of having to swipe from the left side. This hopefully is something that should easily fixed by the developers of apps as Android Wear was made with both round and square faces in mind.
Viscardi does say that he doesn't know the price or release date. Viscardi does say he has a few ideas, "but we'll have to wait for the first day of September in order to have all the official information about it." So it would seem that September 1st Motorola may release the price and release date. To check out more photos of the Moto 360, head on over to Luca Viscardi's Mister Gadget gallery.
